Eric Anderson, Pe, SE - Director of Engineering
Mr. Anderson has over 17 years experience working and consulting on large-scale commercial, industrial and government structures. His commitment to excellence in leadership, unsurpassed attention to detail, and client satisfaction are the hallmarks of Mr. Anderson's professional career.
He brings an open mind and ear to his work, which includes retail developments, office buildings, universities, healthcare facilities, and historic buildings. Mr. Anderson's diverse expertise in the field helps him practice a full range of services including new design, seismic evaluation, and retrofit design.
As Director of Engineering for N2K Design, he is responsible for cost control advice throughout the design and construction process to help meet tight budgets and bring value to the project. He also has reputable experience in seismic analysis and seismic evaluations of existing structures. His experience includes strengthening of existing structures, design of wood, masonry, and concrete and steel structures.
Moreover, Mr. Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in construction management, which equips him with the critical communications skills necessary to work with contractors in the field and move the project forward smoothly during all phases of construction.
Mr. Anderson strives to deliver the highest quality products to clients by applying cost-effective, coordinated, and efficient construction management principles to every project. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Mr. Anderson is an avid golfer and sportsman; he also enjoys running and riding his dirt bike. On his spare time, he coaches kids sports and is an adjunct professor at Washington State University.
Bruce Baker - Director of Architecture
Mr. Baker is a registered architect with over 25 years experience designing, consulting, and managing projects for both commercial and residential clients. His main priority as an architect is providing progressive architectural design solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. His design and project management methods guarantee that every project reaches its full potential while adding value to the client.
Mr. Baker is highly experienced in construction management, supervisory roles, and construction work which equip him with the critical communications skills necessary to work with contractors in the field and move the project forward smoothly during the construction process.
His projects have included multi-family residential homes in Richland, Kennewick, and Benton City and visible projects like the Safe Harbor Crisis Nursery in Kennewick. As part of his portfolio, Mr. Baker was intricately involved in the design and development of various high-profile city projects and commercial projects.
In addition to his extensive knowledge in construction management, his structure analysis experience allows him to provide practical input when consulting with engineers on simple or complex engineering problems. Mr. Baker’s dedication to excellence in architectural service along with his friendly personality gives him the capabilities to interact well with clients, contractors, consultants, and building officials to work cohesively as a team for any project.
Lifelong resident of Tri-Cities, Mr. Baker graduated from Richland High School and then completed his college education at WSU in Pullman, WA. Starting his career in Seattle designing high end custom homes and commercial buildings he eventually relocated back to Tri-Cities to take advantage of quality of living this area offers. Outdoor recreation such as hiking, boating, motorcycle riding and hang gliding are a few of the hobbies he enjoys when away from the office. Spending time with his family and friends are a priority in his life.
